I am so excited to start the New Year! With this man by my side I know it will be full of joy, adventure, and lots of love. God new exactly what He was doing when he brought Dan and I together. We’ve definitely had our ups and downs last year, shared some heartaches, and faced some challenges. But I know that there is no other person I would rather share my life with than this man. His unconditional love and support for me humbles me and makes me want to be a better person. He inspires me, encourages me, and makes me feel like I can do anything and be anything in the world I want to be. Plus, it helps that he’s easy on the eyes… I’m such a sucker for those double dimples 😉 On a side note, I wanted to share with you all some of our music we record together. Every year we record a CD of several songs for our friends and family, some are covers and some are originals. This year we recorded two Christmas songs. Meet Rusty

Dan and I made a visit to the Woods Humane Society in San Luis Obispo recently. We had no intention in taking home a dog right away but we couldn’t resist when we saw this little guy. All we knew about him was that he was found in a field somewhere and they think he’s about two years old. We watched him interact with other dogs, and he was so calm and well behaved. As soon as Dan picked him up and held him, he fell in love with him. We adopted him on November 4th and he’s been such a joy to us these past couple weeks! He loves cuddling, he loves playing fetch, loves other dogs, and loves people! He’s so friendly and sweet and he’s definitely a daddy’s boy 🙂 Can’t wait to enjoy life for the next coming years with our little Rusty Roo!
